VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE COMING UP!

VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE COMING UP!

Have you changed your name, address, or party affiliation?  Do you wish to do so? Are you a citizen who will be a first-time voter?  If yes to any of these, you will want to click this link BEFORE MIDNIGHT, OCTOBER 14 (TUESDAY):

On this site, you can quickly and easily:

  • check if you are registered to vote

  • view your voter registration information

  • update your voter registration

  • check the status of your ballot

  • find contact information for your county elections office

  • find contact information for your elected officials

  • find a ballot drop site.

Infrequent voters will be relieved to know that in 2021, the Oregon Legislature passed a law to prevent officials from moving a voter to "inactive" status solely because they have not updated their registration or voted in a recent election.  Even so, you should check your registration status to be certain it is current and active. Your registration could be removed for other reasons, such as a change of address if you have moved.
